Cacao Teaching & Ceremony
Small Groups:
I have long revered the medicine of cacao and the gentle heart-opening it brings when prepared with reverence and pure intention. My relationship with cacao is personal and evolving—deepened by time spent in lands where this sacred plant grows, though I have not yet visited a cacao farm or studied with traditional elders in person. I did an online study with Nana Marina Cruz Mayan Tz’utujil elder of Guatemala. I hold this medicine with humility and respect, and my intention is not to teach it as an expert, but to honor it as a sacred ally of the heart.
As part of our time together, I share a bit about cacao’s history, origin, and known health benefits—not to speak for the traditions it comes from, but to help us build a more conscious, respectful connection with the plant.
We then enter ceremonial space together, where I offer song, drum, invocation, and prayerful presence—inviting the spirit of cacao to support us in softening, opening, and receiving the wisdom of the heart.
My intention is to honor Cacao as a sacred ally of the heart.
Private:
This includes everything shared above, with the addition of a personal limpia—a gentle energy cleansing offered during our time with the medicine. This added ritual helps clear and realign your energy as you connect more deeply with the heart-opening essence of cacao in a one-on-one setting.

Groups: $25 per person
Please note: Sessions are offered in the comfort of your space. At this time, I do not provide a location and ask that you make available a quiet, energetically supportive environment for our time together.
