Welcome. Please take a moment to review the following terms, which help create clarity, respect, and safety in our work together. By booking a session, ceremony, or package with me, Amy Norris, you agree to the following:

Scope of Services

Amy offers coaching, energy work, ceremonial guidance, and traditional healing practices. These sessions are intended to support personal growth, emotional balance, and spiritual well-being. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Amy is not a licensed medical provider, and she does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.

Personal Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions. Healing is a collaborative process, and outcomes vary for each individual.

Payment & Booking

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted forms of payment: Check/Venmo/CashApp.

  • Session fees are non-refundable, except as described in the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • In the rare event that Amy must reschedule, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

Confidentiality

All personal information and session content are held in strict confidence, with the exception of disclosures required by law.

Ceremony & Group Offerings

Participation in ceremony is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being during the event.

Consent

By booking a session or attending an event, you indicate your understanding and agreement to these terms.
